Ricardo Mazzarone graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA).
He joined the BCRA in 1973, working in different areas, such as Contentious Affairs, Legal Affairs and Liquidations. Mazzarone has been a representative of the BCRA for the last 25 years. He has served in the Federal Court of Appeals for Criminal Matters on account of his knowledge on banking law.
He was an assistant in Civil Law V at Universidad de Buenos Aires.
